Construction Superintendent
Composite Cooling Solutions L.P. is looking for a construction site superintendent to oversee, manage, and direct the daily jobsite duties for our field erected cooling tower projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership qualities and skills to control a project, manage schedules and budgets, producing on time delivery to the customer. The candidate must be able to resolve problems and communicate well with upper management, must be able to organize workers, ensuring they are performing their work duties safely with quality workmanship in mind, must be proactive with paperwork and all jobsite documentation. The ideal candidate must have good knowledge of construction skills with the ability to attend jobsite meetings with contractors/owners to discuss job productivity, deadlines, and site issues. This position requires knowledge and understanding of safety rules and regulations with the ability to obtain the following certifications: OSHA 30, CPR, First Aid, AED, Rigging, Fall protection. This position requires 100% travel domestic and International.
